We will collaboratively create a multimodal transportation network that is convenient, green and affordable, which will boost South Islanders’ mobility wellbeing score by at least 20%.

The Smart Cities Challenge is a competition that calls on Canadian communities to explore how data and connected tech can achieve meaningful outcomes for residents. On June 1, 2018, 20 finalists were announced to go on to the next step of the Challenge. The final proposals are due on March 5, 2019, and the winners of the Challenge will be announced in spring 2019.
